Reward of Merit

This set is often attributed to Kate Greenaway, however they are not her work.s These four reward of merit cards provenance can be established by examining a new years card illustrated by Emma Hardy. From this new years card you can easily determine that first card in the reward of merit set is taken from it. Below I have included the 4 reward of merit cards plus the new years card by Emma Hardy. If you look at the right of the dog in the new years card you will see that is is signed E.H.
